E' stato registrato a Eskilstuna, città di provenienza della band, nel 2003, ed e' stato suonato interamente unplugged. Gran parte dei brani sono stati aggregati in due medley e riarrangiati, come per esempio "Ashes" che i cui accordi sono stati tutti modificati da accordi minori nel loro corrispettivo maggiore cambiando completamente mood rispetto alla versione originale in "The Perfect Element Part One".
Per questo si tratta di un disco unico e che consiglio a chi non conosce i Pain Of Salvation, per apprezzare le sensazioni che questa band e' in grado di suscitare in chi ascolta, travolgenti ed emozionanti.
Un live a mio avviso superbo, molto rappresentativo dello spirito della band o forse piu' semplicemente uno dei live che amo di piu', e che mi siedo spesso ad ascoltare per farmi tornare in mente qualche ricordo o emozione, perche' questo i Pain of Salvation lo sanno fare benissimo

It was recorded in Eskilstuna, the band's hometown, in 2003, and was played entirely unplugged. Most of the songs were aggregated into two medleys and rearranged, such as "Ashes" which has all the chords modified from minor chords to their corresponding major, completely changing the mood compared to the original version in "The Perfect Element Part One".
For this reason, it is a unique album and I recommend it to those who do not know Pain Of Salvation, to appreciate the sensations that this band is able to arouse in those who listen, overwhelming and exciting.
A live show that in my opinion is superb, very representative of the spirit of the band or perhaps more simply one of the live records that I love the most, and that I often sit down to listen to, to bring back some memory or emotion, because Pain of Salvation know how to do this very well.
